What is GROC?
General Rule Of Conduct.
Every Real Estate Agents MUST abide by these 19 GROC, else penalty, including suspension or cancelation of license to practice.
The GROC is on Schedule 1 of Property, Stock and Business Regulation 2014.
I am personally EXCITED about this regulation and the agents can be penalised for being DIS-HONEST! KNOW the laws investors or would be property investors, do not be deceived by agents, like I was before. I look forward to seeing HONEST and PROFESSIONAL agents walking the street that the public can TRUST.
The GROC in Schedule 1 of PSBA Regulation 2014 states:
3. Honesty, fairness and professionalism
(1) An agent MUST act HONESTLY, FAIRLY and PROFESSIONALLY with all parties in a transaction.
(2) An agent MUST not MISLEAD or DECEIVE any parties in negotiations or a transactions.
Know your rights as buyers/investors, sellers!
We, as AGENTS MUST be HONEST, FAIR and PROFESSIONAL.
