WHY RICH GETS RICHER
Been around earth for 51 years now and have many wonderful friends who are rich and who are poor. Wonderful people, yes, rich and poor friend are WONDERFUL PEOPLE! I have been observing and asking questions to myself and to them, I ask, many questions.
One questions that I ask all the time is:
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN the RICH and the POOR friends?
From my personal feedbacks and observations, this is what I realised about the RICH and the POOR.
The MENTAL HABITS and ACTIVITIES
They KEY difference why the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer is:
Does it mean the rich makes great decisions all the time?
We make mistakes all the time, but we get BETTER at making decisions that do not fail because we made enough of bad decisions to know what is a bad decision!
One thing we do is that we INVEST!
Does this means the poor do not invest?
The poor invests, but they invest AND they complain about their investments so that they FORGET about MORE GREAT INVESTMENTS in front of them.
They basically COMPLAINT so much that they miss great investment opportunities.
There are 3 major INVESTMENT VEHICLES.
My rich friends are rich because they KNOW which investment vehicles are suitable for them. Investment vehicles like, Shares, Properties, Businesses.
Of the 3, Only ONE TRUE investment vehicle, the others are SPECULATIVE investments vehicles.
You know what is the BEST they tell me?
Shares goes up and down and yes, it can JUMP so much that they will SELL OUT and then where they put their money?
NOPE, not into business, but INTO PROPERTIES then they HOLD them till they retire and when we die, we know our children’s future will be a BETTER one.
YES, PROPERTIES are the best investments from my rich friends.
PROPERTIES are for LONG TERM, we are talking about 20 years, 30 eyars, 40 years, 50 years, 100 years LONG TERM, it is NOT meant to be speculative, it is an investment that you LOCK AWAY and not worry about. This means, you do not ask, did my property value go up today? Or no, it went down 3%? Wow, it went up 5%?
With PROPERTIES INVESTMENT, you DO NOT look into the UPS and DOWNS, you INVEST and LOCKS it away and with TIME, it matures and GROWS in PRICES!
They say, if you want to SPECULATIVE INVESTMENT, then go into SHARES and BUSINESSES investing, even go to the casino, you will have the FASTING SPECULATION ever, at the casino.
Don’t believe us? Just go to casino, STAND THERE and LISTEN to the speculators, they are everywhere, they have an opinion about which will win and which will loose.
When they say wrong, what do they do? They will walk away to another table and talk again, with their PREDICTIONS.
When they PREDICT RIGHT, what do they do? THEY TALK LOUNDER so that everyone can hear them, “You SEE, I told you, you never listen”! Guess what? THEY DO NOT USE THEIR OWN MONEY, they just TALK and then they will say, “Where is my commission”? YES, You can make lots of money and loose lots of money INSTANTLY! That’s SPECULATION, that is NOT INVESTMENT!
What is the word of caution with PROPERTY INVESTMENT?
DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP with the speculators who tries to CONVERT PROPERTY INVESTMENT into speculative investment.
What do they mean by this?
DO NO LISTEN to the PREDICTIONS of the ‘specialists’ who claims to know what the future holds by their numbers of up and downs. You see that at CASINOS, they speculate which will win and which will loose AT YOUR EXPENSE.
That is WHAT they, the speculators do, that is their JOB, to SPECULATE!
Property is NOT a SPECULATION INVESTMENT, shares is specualtive, business is speculative, NOT PROPERTIES. PROPERTIES are INVESTMENTS that you BUY and LOCK AWAY, let TIME MATURES it!
What is the DEFINITION of SPECULATION then?
The DIFFERENCE between RICH and POOR?
Their INVESTMENT CHOICES instead of COMPLAINING CHOICES.
They INVEST in PURE INVESTMENT not speculative investments.
